Characterizing Thin-Films

     • SEM-TEM Microscopy

We utilize Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) and Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM) to examine the microstructure as well as the elemental nature of our materials. These instruments are available through the Material Science Center on our own UW campus.
